According to his statement, the tariffs will be divided into eight key categories:
- For low-income families receiving the "Үй-бүлөгө көмөк" assistance, the tariff for up to 700 kilowatt-hours will remain unchanged at 50 tyiyns.
- Residents of high-altitude areas will no longer be limited to 700 kilowatt-hours, and the tariff will be 1 som 64 tyiyns, which is an increase of 27 tyiyns.
- For the general population, the tariff for consumption up to 700 kilowatt-hours will also be 1 som 64 tyiyns (an increase of 27 tyiyns). If consumption exceeds 700 kilowatt-hours, the tariff will rise to 2 soms 94 tyiyns (an increase of 34 tyiyns).
- Social and public consumers, such as pumping stations, religious organizations, boarding schools, children's institutions, and facilities for the disabled and elderly, will pay 2 soms 96 tyiyns (an increase of 34 tyiyns).
- Industrial consumers will face a tariff of 3 soms 65 tyiyns.
- For budget organizations, the tariff will be 4 soms 62 tyiyns.
- Commercial consumers, including banks, cafes, and restaurants, will pay 4 soms 33 tyiyns.
- Energy-intensive enterprises, such as the gold mining and alcohol industries, will pay 6 soms 84 tyiyns.
