Previously, the site was used by the company OsOO "Union of Drivers" for organizing parking for various vehicles. However, this organization did not pay rent to the city. Now, OsOO "Union of Drivers" has sent a guarantee letter promising to dismantle the existing structures on the territory within three days. Currently, the process of clearing the area of vehicles and dismantling the fences is underway.
The city administration plans to reconstruct this area to adapt the Eastern bus station for the operation of taxis and minivans heading to Kemin, Kant, and Tokmok.
The project includes complete asphalting of the territory, installation of outdoor lighting, road marking, and installation of necessary road signs.
