Chynybaeva submitted her resignation of her own accord, and her last working day was March 30. She had held this position since 2024.
In addition, at the annual general meeting of shareholders on March 30, Chynybaeva was elected to the bank's Board of Directors, taking on her new role on March 31.
With over 25 years of experience in the banking sector, she has expertise spanning Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, and Russia, as well as significant involvement in corporate governance, including serving on the boards of various financial institutions.
It was also announced that at the same shareholders' meeting, the resignation of independent board member Simen Andreas Münter was accepted, who also left his position on March 30 of his own accord.
