Kyrgyzstan Fully Provides Itself with Beef and Lamb, Ministry of Agriculture Assures
The Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic has reported that the country fully meets its needs for beef and lamb. At the same time, the agency noted that poultry meat is entering the market under an established quota: in 2025, 58,000 tons were imported, and 48,000 tons are planned for 2026.
