Kanatbek Mamatov Appointed Director of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of Bishkek

Kanatbek Ilyasovich Mamatov has been appointed as the director of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports, as well as for tourism and youth policy in the Bishkek city hall. This was reported by the press service of the city hall.

Previously, Mamatov served as the head of the department for educational and sports events and physical culture mass activities in the same department. This position was previously held by Kanybek Zholchubekov.

Rustam Alisherovich Alisherov has been appointed as the deputy director, who previously worked as the chief inspector in the department for monitoring the implementation of decisions of the Organizational and Control Work Management of the central office of the city hall.

These appointments were approved by the mayor of the capital, Aibek Junushaliev.
