The President of Kyrgyzstan, Sadyr Japarov, speaking at a youth forum in Bishkek, announced plans to increase the country's gross domestic product (GDP) to 30 billion US dollars by 2030. This will be part of the National Development Program of the Kyrgyz Republic, which aims to position the country among the top 30 leading states in the world.

In his speech, Japarov emphasized key strategic directions until 2030, including industrialization, increasing export volumes, and developing sectors such as logistics, agriculture, tourism, and green energy.

“We have approved the National Development Program of the Kyrgyz Republic until 2030, in which we have outlined ambitious tasks: to industrialize the country, produce goods that can compete in international markets, and make Kyrgyzstan an important transit hub between China, the EAEU countries, Central and South Asia. In addition, we are focusing on the development of agriculture, tourism, and renewable energy sources,” he noted.

“We aim to achieve a GDP level of 30 billion dollars by 2030 and to place our country in the top 30 most developed countries in the world. I am confident that with your help, dear friends, and with the energetic and active youth, we can achieve these goals,” the president added.
