Responsibilities of organizations:
State Enterprise "Directorate for the Construction of Water Management Facilities" — the main customer for the design of water management structures.
Open Joint-Stock Company "Kyrgyzwaterproject" — provides design work for water management facilities, with the right to engage subcontractors.
State Enterprise "Kyrgyz Comprehensive Hydrogeological Expedition" — conducts hydrogeological studies, drilling, and rehabilitation of wells.
State Enterprise "Experimental Plant for Repairing Pumping and Power Equipment" — engaged in the installation, dismantling, and repair of pumping equipment, as well as the production of spare parts.
State Enterprise "PKTI 'Water Automation and Metrology'" — responsible for the installation and adjustment of measuring and automated systems at facilities.
All mentioned organizations are required to procure directly from the specified institutions.
The selection of a contractor for the construction of each specific water management facility will be made by a separate decision of the Cabinet of Ministers.
