Issues related to cooperation in the energy sector, joint large projects, and other areas of interaction were on the agenda. The focus was on the project "Green Energy Corridor Central Asia - Azerbaijan (Caspian)," which is planned to be implemented among the states that are part of the Organization of Turkic States. The idea of creating a regional center for technologies and green initiatives in Kyrgyzstan was also discussed, as well as projects for the construction of the Suusamyr-Kokomerene hydropower plant and the Kazarman cascade, with a total installed capacity of 1,305 MW and an annual output of 3.317 billion kWh.

Ibraev noted the significant potential of Kyrgyzstan in the field of renewable energy sources, including hydropower, solar, wind, and bioenergy. He also emphasized the high quality of Kyrgyz coal and suggested that Turkey consider options for cooperation in this sector.

Alparslan Bayraktar, for his part, noted that he was previously unaware of the high-quality coal reserves in Kyrgyzstan and expressed his willingness to consider the possibility of partnership in this area, provided that suitable logistics and economic feasibility are in place.

At the end of the meeting, the parties expressed gratitude to each other for their support and confirmed their interest in further deepening cooperation.
