According to information from the Internal Affairs Department of the city of Osh, from December 12 to 16, 2025, 15 complaints were received by law enforcement agencies from citizens regarding the actions of the company "VML_KG".
The complainants reported that they installed the company's application and trusted the promises of potential earnings from viewing advertisements, as well as claims about the "family" nature of the project. They were promised that the money transferred to a special account would quickly grow, which prompted them to invest their savings.
The largest transfer amount was 618,000 soms, while the minimum was 27,000 soms. The Internal Affairs Department noted that some victims acted independently, without consulting their relatives.
Currently, checks are being conducted regarding this case, and the police do not rule out the possibility of an increase in the number of victims.
As reported by Tazabek, citing the press service of the Internal Affairs Department of the Lenin District of Bishkek, 157 complaints have been filed against VML_KG, which is involved in attracting monetary deposits. In connection with these complaints, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 209 ("Fraud") of the Criminal Code.
During the investigation, the company's office was sealed, and documents and computer equipment were seized. The founder of the company, S.R., born in 1958, was detained and placed in a temporary detention facility. The investigation is ongoing.
