During the meeting, emphasis was placed on the unacceptability of manipulating public opinion related to unauthorized price increases for coal. Participants in the discussion also raised the issue of allocating land for fuel bases during the autumn-winter period and expressed their readiness to invest in their organization and construction. This decision, as noted, will help optimize coal prices by eliminating unnecessary costs associated with intermediary services, such as transportation.
At the end of the meeting, it was reported that the issue of transforming land in the city of Osh and the region for the construction of fuel bases will be considered after the completion of the heating season of 2025/2026. Additionally, participants were recommended to reduce current coal prices by the end of the year, to which they responded positively and agreed.
The State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic warned that any actions aimed at sabotaging the pricing policy regarding coal will be treated as criminal offenses.
