The unacceptable behavior of law enforcement officers is actively discussed on the internet.
According to information from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan, the officers exhibited provocative behavior, used inappropriate language, and attempted to gain unrestricted access to a concert.
In connection with the incident, the Internal Investigations Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs initiated an internal investigation. The conducted checks confirmed the facts of serious violations of service discipline and ethics. As a result, Senior Lieutenant of Police M.B. and Captain of Police M.K. were removed from their positions.
Additionally, in December, during a patrol, the traffic inspectors stopped a "Toyota" vehicle. The driver, who exhibited suspicious behavior, was found to be under the influence of alcohol. Initially, he admitted to driving the vehicle while intoxicated, but then retracted his statement and evaded medical examination. Ultimately, his condition was confirmed, and a protocol for the offense was drawn up against him, with the vehicle placed in a towing lot. Following the investigation, Police Sergeant M.u.K. was dismissed from the internal affairs bodies.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs emphasizes that strict disciplinary measures are applied to employees who commit violations of service discipline and legislation, regardless of their position and rank.
