- submission of electronic applications for tariff quotas;
- tracking the status of applications and receiving notifications via email.
Main functions of the system:
- acceptance of applications in electronic format through a unified portal;
- automatic verification of company data using the Ministry of Justice databases;
- distribution of tariff quotas among new and existing suppliers in three stages based on fairness principles;
- online monitoring of import volumes and preparation of analytical reports;
- maintenance of electronic registers of applications, quotas, and issued conclusions with the ability to export to PDF.
Expected results:
The introduction of the AIS will enable a transition to a paperless document flow in the distribution of tariff quotas, which will increase the transparency of the decision-making process and reduce the influence of the human factor. It will also shorten the processing time for applications, enhance the efficiency of government agencies, and strengthen business trust in the state quota system.
