In October, Ekaterina Bivol posted a video on social media filmed while driving, in which she used obscene language towards Kyrgyz and Kazakh people. As a result, criminal cases were initiated against her in both countries. On November 13, 2025, the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan stated that the republic would seek Bivol's extradition.
