According to information obtained during social media monitoring, it was discovered that a video featuring Ekaterina Bivol was posted on one of the Telegram channels, where she makes offensive remarks.

“A linguistic examination confirmed that Bivol's statements contain negative characteristics towards a specific group of people united by national identity — Kyrgyz and Kazakhs. These insults include profanity and express the idea of superiority of one group over another based on hereditary traits,” the court reported.

Additionally, Ekaterina Bivol is wanted in both Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan. Criminal cases have been initiated against her in both countries under Article 330 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning incitement of racial hatred. She had previously made offensive comments about the two nations.

Recently, it became known that Dmitry Bivol won a lawsuit against Ekaterina for defamation, with the decision made by the Smolninsky District Court of St. Petersburg.
