At the IV People's Kurultai, more than 700 delegates gathered, representing over 200 rural districts and various regions of the country. This was reported by State Secretary Arslan Koichiev to the Kabar agency.
Koichiev emphasized: "I am actively involved in the preparation of the kurultai, and now I am entrusted with the responsibility for the successful conduct of the event. Our main task is to hear the people's opinion and confirm that the kurultai serves as a link between the government and society."
According to the state secretary, with each new kurultai, valuable experience in its organization is accumulated.
“Each of the previous kurultais — the first, second, third — has provided us with new knowledge. We are gradually raising the institution of the kurultai to a higher level. The results are already evident. The kurultai is necessary; it occupies an important place in society, creating a platform for dialogue between the government and citizens on pressing national issues. The level of topics discussed has significantly increased, and this will become apparent during the work of the kurultai,” he added.
