Payments will be made by educational institutions depending on the number of students.
According to the head of the enterprise "Manas Tazalyk," Baigazy Anarkulov, the responsibility for paying for garbage collection services is assigned to educational institutions.
“We will sign a contract with each educational institution. Whether they will pay through student contracts — we will not interfere in that. Payments will be based on the number of students. Many students live with relatives or acquaintances, but often they are not included in the payment for garbage and are hidden. There are also those who come to study from nearby areas — they are in the city during the day. Therefore, the fee is calculated for each student,” he said.
The deputies instructed the management of the mentioned institution to develop mechanisms so that students living in apartments do not pay twice — both at their place of residence and through the educational institution.
In the city of Manas, taking into account higher and secondary educational institutions, more than 16,000 students are studying in day departments. The number of students studying remotely exceeds 6,000 — they will pay for two months.
- In total, the enterprise "Manas Tazalyk" has more than 117,000 subscribers. Approximately 90 million soms are collected annually for garbage collection.
