The goal is to avoid unjustified price increases
In Kyrgyzstan, a recalculation of tariffs for garbage collection is planned to make them "economically justified." The corresponding draft government resolution has been presented for public discussion.
As part of this project, it is planned to change the approach to calculating tariffs for the collection and disposal of municipal waste, including costs for their placement.
The initiators of this proposal emphasize that this will create a unified legal mechanism for regulating tariff policy, thereby ensuring the economic justification and transparency of tariffs, as well as preventing their unjustified increase.
