The document states that the new procedure is intended as a methodological guide for forming tariffs for services provided by specialized local government services, as well as municipal organizations.
To achieve legal clarity and systematization in regulation, the procedure defines the process for calculating tariffs for the following services:
- preparation of necessary documents for burial;
- delivery and provision of a coffin, shroud, tabut, and other attributes;
- dressing of the body;
- transportation of the deceased to the cemetery or crematorium, as well as provision of ritual transport;
- burial, including digging and filling the grave, and cremation with the issuance of an urn for further burial in a columbarium or wall of grief.
This procedure will come into effect ten days after its official publication, that is, from December 20.
