Osh Market
The new Osh market and bus station are located in the northern part of the capital, near the village of Prigorodnoye, along the road to "Manas" airport. Currently, workers are engaged in the construction and landscaping of seven blocks: two of them are single-story, while five will have two stories each.
According to the site manager Talant Kerimkulov, a modern shopping complex with an area of 155,000 square meters is planned to be created.
Currently, the monolithic work is 90% complete, and the division of retail spaces and the construction of transitions between blocks is actively ongoing, some of which are already glazed.
For the new Osh market, an underground parking lot for 400 spaces is planned, as well as an outdoor parking lot for 6,000 spaces. The facility will have five entrances and is expected to be completed by the summer of this year.
Bus Station
The monolithic work at the new bus station is fully completed, and roofing work is 80% complete. The total area of this facility will be 30,000 square meters.

As site manager Sultanbek Turganbaev explained, the new bus station will be equipped with all necessary amenities for passengers and drivers: waiting rooms, a hotel, food courts, and about 50-60 parking spaces.
Both facilities will also have drainage systems, considering the problems that arose at the initial stage of construction due to groundwater.
"Bishkek Arena" Stadium
The monolithic work at the international "Bishkek Arena" stadium, located in the village of Orok, has been completed. The height of the stadium is 70 meters, and the total area is 180,000 square meters.
The sports complex will accommodate 51,000 spectators and is being built in accordance with FIFA standards. The cabinet notes that special places and amenities for people with disabilities will be provided in the stands and functional areas.
It is expected that the stadium will open in August 2026, in time for the Independence Day of Kyrgyzstan.
