According to the received data, on the night of February 6, around 00:30, local authorities received a report about a fight organized by a group of teenagers who were throwing stones at each other.
An investigative operational group from the Internal Affairs Directorate of the city of Manas was dispatched to the scene of the incident, where video evidence was collected.
The collected materials were registered by the investigative service of the Internal Affairs Directorate of Manas in the Unified Register of Crimes under Article 280 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning hooliganism, and a criminal case was initiated.
During operational activities, the Internal Affairs staff were able to identify the participants in the fight and brought them in for questioning. One of the detained teenagers is currently in the hospital, receiving necessary medical assistance.
This case is under the control of the leadership of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Jalal-Abad region, and investigative actions are ongoing.
