This information was announced by Mayor Jenishbek Toktorbaev on February 7 during an inspection on Abasamat Masaliev Street.
The mayor noted that the kindergarten "Ümüt Nariste" will be relocated to this building. He emphasized: "We will create a kindergarten here. This building was returned to state ownership through the court. Demand that it be vacated starting Monday. The place where the previous kindergarten was located will be permanently transferred to the school named after Salizhan Sharipov."
During the tour, they also discussed the multi-story building located next to the school, which allegedly belongs to former deputy Davran Sabirov. The mayor instructed the relevant services to verify this information. It is clarified that this building was erected on municipal land, and currently, there are legal proceedings regarding the return of this land.
It is worth noting that there were two hotels named "SunRise" on Abasamat Masaliev Street in the city of Osh. One of them was located at: Abasamat Masaliev Street, No. 105, and the other at No. 27, next to the school named after Salizhan Sharipov.

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in February 2025, the hotel "SunRise" was returned to state ownership. At that time, its value exceeded 74.6 million soms (853 thousand 58.89 dollars at the then exchange rate of the NBKR).
The investigation established that from 2004 to 2007, officials from the Osh city hall and other state employees illegally transferred this social facility into private hands, after which the current owners opened a hotel there.
In this regard, the investigative service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs initiated a criminal case under Article 336 Part 2 ("Corruption") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Thus, the three-story building was returned to state ownership.
According to local residents, during the Soviet era, this building was used as a kindergarten for the children of workers at the Osh Silk Mill named after VLKSM.
