According to the Internal Affairs Department of the city of Osh, a resident of Osh, A.A., born in 2007, filed a complaint. In his statement, he reported that unknown individuals threatened him with a sharp object, took his money and mobile phone.
A criminal case was initiated based on part 3 of article 206 of the Criminal Code (Robbery).
As a result of operational-search activities, on March 12 of this year, employees of the service for combating extremism and illegal migration of the Internal Affairs Department of the city of Osh detained citizens suspected of committing the crime.
The investigation established that on the night of March 8, near a car wash located on U. Saliev Street in the city of Osh, citizens D.Sh., U.B., Z.H., and A.S., threatening the complainant A.A. with a knife, beat him and inflicted bodily harm. After that, they put the victim in the car they arrived in, took him to another area of the city, and took 45,000 soms in cash and an iPhone 15 mobile phone from him.
Additionally, they recorded the victim on video and threatened to publish the recording on social media if he reported to law enforcement, after which they later left him on the street.
On March 12, when the suspects attempted to flee the city, they were detained by operational staff of the service for combating extremism and illegal migration of the city police with the support of a special unit.
Based on article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code (Grounds for Detention), three citizens were detained and placed in a temporary detention facility.
Detained suspects:
- Born in 1994, resident of the Kara-Suu district of Osh region, D.Sh.;
- Born in 2005, resident of the city of Osh, U.B.;
- Born in 2002, resident of the city of Osh, Z.H.
Currently, the involvement of the detainees in other similar crimes is being investigated.
