In the Talas region, technical maintenance of overhead lines with a voltage of 10/0.4 kV, spanning 3628.58 km, is planned. The work includes 1725.61 km of maintenance for 10 kV lines and 1902.97 km for 0.4 kV lines.
As part of the major repairs, 269.530 km of overhead lines will be repaired across the region.
Breakdown by districts:
* Talas city – 6 km;
* Talas district – 118.320 km;
* Manas district – 41.405 km;
* Aitmatov district – 73.820 km;
* Bakai-Ata district – 29.985 km.
Additionally, maintenance of high-voltage overhead lines of 35 kV is also planned, covering a length of 685.95 km.
In 2026, as part of the expansion and reconstruction of overhead lines of 0.4–10 kV, 1158 reinforced concrete poles will be installed. The breakdown by districts is as follows:
* Bakai-Ata district – 257 units;
* Manas district – 228 units;
* Aitmatov district – 316 units;
* Talas district – 302 units;
* Talas city – 55 units.
In addition, 197 transformers will undergo major repairs, and 1266 will receive technical maintenance.
Additional work includes:
* increasing the capacity of 32 transformers;
* installing 10 new transformers.
The work will begin in April and last until November.
