The Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic has announced new features of the mobile application "Dary-Darmek".
The agency emphasized that work continues to improve citizens' access to quality and effective medications, which includes regulating prices and raising awareness about the maximum prices for medications that pharmacies are not allowed to exceed.
The pricing policy applies to medications from the list of essential medicines, with the exception of narcotics, psychotropic substances, and drugs that cost less than 100 soms.
In this regard, the Ministry of Health has updated the functionality of the mobile application "Dary-Darmek".
After downloading the application, users will be able to access the following information:
- established prices for medications;
- the ability to file a complaint in case of purchasing a medication at an inflated price;
- the address of the nearest pharmacy where the required medication can be found;
- information on whether the medication is included in the list of subsidized programs for certain categories of citizens and those insured under mandatory health insurance.
