He noted that the population of the region is approximately 270,000 people, yet there are no neurosurgeons in any of the regional or central hospitals.
“Frequent injuries require a quick response, and here every minute counts. Previously, we had to call for air ambulance from Bishkek or bring doctors from the capital, which takes precious time,” the deputy emphasized.
In this regard, he appealed to the representative of the president and the Cabinet with a request to discuss the possibility of sending one or two neurosurgeons to Talas and providing them with all the necessary conditions for work and assistance to the local population.
