He received a degree in history from the Kyrgyz State National University and graduated from the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.
In his career, Junusov has worked in various business structures, served as the ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Russia, and was the first deputy head of the government apparatus of the Kyrgyz Republic.
