Dosmambetov emphasized the critical situation in the oncology service of Kyrgyzstan, highlighting the lack of new ideas and development, which negatively affects the training of specialists.
“This leads to high mortality from oncological diseases. Patients are often forced to seek treatment outside the country, mainly in Russia, which requires significant financial investments,” he added.
The minister also mentioned his attempts to discuss the existing problems in the system with Bukuev. “He claims that everything is fine. This means that he is either satisfied with the current situation, or he is unaware, or he does not want to see these problems. This indicates indifference to the system, which is unacceptable,” Dosmambetov emphasized.
