During the proceedings, spouses K.B. and S.B. filed mutual divorce claims. K.B. stated that her husband systematically insulted her, failed to provide financial support, and liked photos of other women, which violated his obligations of fidelity. She demanded alimony and compensation. For his part, the husband accused his wife of excessive jealousy and insulting remarks directed at him.
The court found the husband guilty to a severe degree and the wife to a lesser degree. As a result, she was awarded monthly alimony, compensation for lost income, as well as payments for moral and material damages. At the same time, the husband's claims for financial compensation were rejected. The Supreme Court upheld this decision, noting that liking someone else's photos can serve as a legitimate ground for divorce.
