In a new statement from the White House, attention is drawn to the establishment of the National Committee for Gaza Management (NCAG), which will operate within the framework of Trump's plan for ending the conflict in the region.

The chairman of this committee has been appointed as Ali Shaat, who previously held the position of deputy minister in the Palestinian government. He will be responsible for organizing the restoration of key public services, the reconstruction of civil institutions, and the stabilization of life in Gaza.

The document emphasizes that the creation of the NCAG "fully complies with UN Security Council Resolution 2803 (2025)," which supports the initiative of the U.S. president and approves the establishment of a Council for Peace.

This Council will be crucial for implementing all 20 points of Trump's plan, providing strategic oversight, mobilizing international resources, and ensuring compliance with commitments in the process of transitioning Gaza "from conflict to peace and development."

It is also reported that a founding executive council will be established within the Council for Peace. Its members include prominent figures such as U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Special Envoy Steve Witkoff, the president's son-in-law Jared Kushner, former UK Prime Minister Tony Blair, billionaire Mark Rowan, World Bank President Ajay Banga, and Deputy National Security Advisor Robert Gabriel.

Each member of the executive council will be responsible for specific areas necessary for the stabilization and long-term development of Gaza. These include developing management skills, establishing regional connections, reconstruction, attracting investments, and large-scale financing.

The functions of the High Representative for Gaza have been assigned to Bulgarian diplomat Nikolay Mladenov, who will serve as a link between the Council for Peace and the NCAG. His task will be to ensure coordination of governance, reconstruction, and development in the region, as well as interaction between civil and security structures.
