China Baoli has signed a cooperation agreement in the field of iron ore processing in Mongolia to showcase its dry beneficiation technology.
China Baoli Technologies Holdings has signed a long-term strategic agreement with Top Skill Global, under which their patented dry grinding and beneficiation technology will be applied at an iron ore mine in Mongolia with reserves exceeding 80 million tons. This event marks the first commercial implementation of DGDB technology in the mining industry and is expected to serve as a demonstration project for further deployment at other mines.
According to the agreement, China Baoli will receive a license for its DGDB technology to process up to one million tons of iron ore annually and will become the exclusive agent for the sale of all produced iron ore fines. Additionally, the company will supply the necessary equipment and technical support. At the same time, Top Skill will be responsible for obtaining all permits and managing all mining and processing operations at the mine in Mongolia, acting as a technological and marketing partner without direct operational risks.
China Baoli Technologies Holdings Limited is registered in Bermuda and is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The firm specializes in dry grinding and beneficiation technologies for mineral ores, as well as developing convergent media technologies.
