According to the agency, the detainee, identified as S. U. E., claimed to have family ties with Sadyr Japarov and Kamchybek Tashiev. As a result of his actions, two vehicles—a 2022 "Toyota Tundra" worth $65,000 and a 2011 "Mercedes-Benz" worth $15,000—were stolen. When the legitimate owner attempted to recover his cars, S. U. E. refused and assured him of his capabilities to resolve various issues, supporting his claims with family photos featuring the country's leadership.
