This case was classified as a serious violation of discipline, after which an appropriate inspection was initiated by the internal investigation service. As a result, it was concluded that disciplinary measures were necessary, which led to Kambarov's dismissal.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs noted that all employees must adhere to the norms of legislation and the disciplinary charter, and appearing for duty in an intoxicated state is grounds for immediate dismissal.
