It has been established that there was a romantic relationship between D. M. and R. E., and the day before the incident, they had been drinking alcohol together. During a conflict between them, a quarrel ensued, during which the girl stabbed the guy in the arm, to which he responded by stabbing her in the neck.
In connection with the incident, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 122 "Murder" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The suspect D. M., born in 2002, has been detained and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Department of Internal Affairs of Bishkek.
