According to law enforcement agencies, on November 18, 2025, a citizen identified as K. T., born in 1989, reported to the police. He stated that on October 27, a certain man, having gained his trust under the pretext of purchasing a vehicle, appropriated a Mercedes-Benz 124 worth 250,000 soms and fled with it.
This incident was registered, and a criminal case has been opened in accordance with Article 209 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, which pertains to fraud.
According to the investigation, the suspect managed to sell the vehicle to third parties. The car has been seized and is now considered evidence.
The investigation is ongoing.
