According to the GKNB press service, these individuals promised to assist in the issue of pardoning one of the convicts.
The suspects, having gained the trust of the convict in colony number 1, from December 2024 to April 2025, seized a significant amount of money, promising to resolve the issue of pardon. However, this was later denied.
In connection with these events, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 209 "Fraud" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, and the detainees have been placed in a temporary detention facility.
