The incident occurred on December 8, 2025, when a young man approached the police. He stated that he had been spending time at a hotel on Krasnaya Street with a friend and two girls. Suddenly, strangers burst into their room, beat him, took his mobile phone, and forced him to transfer 6,700 soms to an electronic wallet.
This case was registered under Article 206 ("Robbery") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result of operational measures, police officers detained T.D., born in 2007, who was placed in a temporary detention facility.
The investigation established that he sold the stolen phone for 10,000 soms and spent the proceeds.
The search for the second perpetrator is ongoing.
