On February 10, the press service of the Internal Affairs Department of the Pervomaisky District reported that the girl's mother had filed a complaint with the police, pointing out the incident. According to her account, on February 8, around 19:50, an unknown man approached her daughter, frightening her.
During the preliminary investigation, law enforcement officers were able to quickly locate the suspect and bring him to the police station. He turned out to be 28-year-old J.B.
It was also revealed that since 2022 he has been suffering from a mental disorder and is registered at the Republican Center for Psychiatry and Narcology. The district officers sent him to a psychiatric hospital for necessary treatment.
