According to preliminary information, the incident occurred on February 12 at around 12:00 in the Boroonduu pasture, located near the village of Kyzyl-Oy (Suusamyr rural district). Under the snow masses were shepherd D. A., born in 1967, as well as 50 sheep and one horse. The incident became known thanks to a report from the local village head to the district department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
