A local resident filed a report with the police, stating that her brother, who works in the police, had physically assaulted her.
Law enforcement officers arrived at the scene of the incident and took a 22-year-old girl and her 35-year-old brother, K.B., to the station.
According to the victim, the incident occurred on February 12 at 7:30 PM, when she had a conflict with her brother during which he beat her. However, the girl decided not to undergo a medical examination.
The materials of the case were transferred to the Public Security Service, where it was decided to draw up a protocol under Article 70 ("Domestic Violence") of the Code of Offenses. The man was placed in a temporary detention cell of the Internal Affairs Department.
Subsequently, the Lenin District Court imposed a sentence of three days in a special reception center. Additionally, a protection order was issued as a result of the investigation.
The press service noted that this citizen is not an employee of the police.
