According to the information received, on February 13, a citizen N.I. approached the internal affairs department of the Chuy district. He stated that on the same day around 16:00, he was forcibly taken from his home by a citizen T.D. along with several acquaintances and taken to the village of Ak-Beshim, where physical force was applied against him.
In connection with the incident, a criminal case was initiated under Article 165 "Kidnapping" of the Criminal Code of Kyrgyzstan.
During operational activities, law enforcement officers were able to identify and detain three suspects, all of whom were born in 2007. The suspects have been placed in a temporary detention facility.
According to the investigation, there were hostile relations between the participants of the incident, which were caused by debt obligations.
Necessary judicial and legal examinations have now been appointed, and investigative actions are being conducted to clarify all the circumstances of the incident. The investigation is ongoing.
