Events unfolded on December 8, 2025, when a young man approached the police. He reported that he was spending the evening at a hotel on Krasnaya Street with a friend and two girls. Suddenly, strangers burst into their room, beat him up, and took his mobile phone, after which they forced him to transfer 6700 soms to an electronic wallet.
This incident was registered under Article 207 ("Robbery") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
On February 4, law enforcement agencies reported the arrest of the first suspect. Soon, a second suspect, born in 2007, named T.J., was also arrested. He was placed in custody.
According to the investigation, the stolen mobile phone was sold for 10,000 soms, and the money received was spent.
