According to the information, on January 24, 2026, T.E., born in 1996 and the director of the K.K. agricultural enterprise located in the village of Sretенка, approached the officers of the Moscow district police. He reported that on the same day, around 3:00 PM, a citizen named K.D. illegally entered the accounting office through a window and stole 425,000 soms, after which he fled the scene of the crime.
Based on this statement, a criminal case was initiated under Article 205 (Theft) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During raid activities, police officers were able to establish the whereabouts of the suspect K.D., born in 1980. In accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, he was detained and placed in a temporary detention facility.
Upon arrest, a pistol was found and seized from the suspect, and appropriate examinations were ordered.
