66-year-old Andrew is suspected of committing a public office crime.

Previously, authorities began discussions with the prosecution regarding an investigation into reports that the prince may have secretly passed documents related to the government of the United Kingdom to Epstein. Currently, the police are analyzing the information received to determine the existence of criminal suspicions and the need for a more thorough investigation.

It is worth recalling that in 2019, Andrew was forced to step down from his official royal duties amid the scandal related to the Epstein case. This occurred after accusations were made against him by American Virginia Giuffre. Additionally, the prince was mentioned in recently published materials from Epstein, where one of the last batches of documents contained photographs of him leaning over a young woman lying on the floor. In early December 2025, Charles III stripped his brother of all his titles.
