According to law enforcement agencies, on January 5, a representative of the insurance company "Ingosstrakh" named Y.N. contacted the police.
In his statement, he indicated that from April to December 2025, a number of employees of the individual entrepreneur D.A.R. misappropriated 7 million 85 thousand 708 soms during the sale of OSAGO insurance policies and fled the scene of the crime.
Based on this fact, a criminal case was initiated under the article concerning the misappropriation and embezzlement of entrusted property according to the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.

As a result of operational-search activities, police officers were able to establish the identity of the suspect. He turned out to be a citizen of another country, A.A., born in 1985. He was detained and placed in a temporary detention facility.
Currently, investigative actions in the case are ongoing. Law enforcement agencies are working to establish all the circumstances of the incident and possible accomplices of the crime.
