After the Turkish investor filed a complaint with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic in October 2025, no criminal case was opened. However, after an appeal to the State Committee for National Security on January 27, 2026, the investigation materials were sent to the investigative bodies of the security service.
On February 24, the suspect was arrested and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the city of Talas. The investigation is ongoing.
