According to information provided by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, police officers from the Patrol Service Department of the capital's Main Internal Affairs Directorate detained a citizen, K. A., who was driving a Toyota Crown with foreign registration and counterfeit license plates from Kyrgyzstan. As a result, his vehicle was placed in a specialized impound lot.
After this, K. A. decided to retrieve his car, unwilling to take responsibility, and attempted to give money to the inspector as a bribe, as reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
As part of the criminal case, officers from the Internal Investigations Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs caught him red-handed at the moment of handing over the money.
Currently, necessary investigative actions are being carried out.
