The fact was recorded in the automated information system of the Internal Affairs Department of the Lenin District. As a result of the investigation, it was found that a 35-year-old man named S.M. was setting off firecrackers on the street, and in his hands was a toy gun, which caused witnesses to feel that he was shooting from a real firearm.
The actions of this citizen caused concern among local residents, which led to the call to the police.
A protocol was drawn up against the man under the article "Minor Hooliganism" of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic. He was placed in temporary detention.
