A suspect in fraud has been detained in the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek, as reported by the Internal Affairs Department of the Lenin District.
According to law enforcement agencies, on February 5, a citizen named M.N. reported a crime to them. He stated that on January 7, a certain I.M. promised to sell him a Mercedes-Benz G 500 SUV and took 23.5 thousand dollars from him, but did not fulfill his obligations and did not contact him again.
In connection with this incident, the investigative authorities of the Internal Affairs Department of the Lenin District initiated a criminal case under Article 209 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The suspect, born in 2002, has been placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Department.
