A citizen T.D. filed a complaint with the police. He stated that between June and September 2024, a local resident D.A., having gained his trust, promised to help with the purchase of a Kia Carnival car and ultimately embezzled $13,000 (approximately 1,099,147 soms).
After receiving the money, the suspect failed to fulfill his obligations and disappeared.

A criminal case has been initiated against him under Article 209 "Fraud" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The law enforcement agencies were able to determine the location of D.A., who was born in 1994, and apprehended him. He has been placed in the temporary detention facility of the capital's Main Department of Internal Affairs.
The investigation is ongoing, and the police are checking for other possible episodes of the suspect's criminal activity.
