On November 18, 2025, a citizen approached the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Moscow District with a statement, in which he reported that on October 27, 2025, a certain A. promised to purchase his "Mercedes-Benz 124" car, valued at 250,000 soms, but after receiving the vehicle, he disappeared.
The fact of the crime was recorded, and a criminal case was initiated against the suspect under Article 209 (Fraud) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The police identified the suspect as 31-year-old M.A., who was detained and placed in a temporary detention facility.
The investigation revealed that M.A. sold the car to third parties. The vehicle was seized and recognized as evidence.
